Due to our strong desire to best serve our patients we require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations. An Administrative Fee will be assessed for unexcused missed appointments. If you are experiencing an emergency and will not be able to attend your appointment, it is your responsibility to inform our office as soon as you are able.
